PRINTING THE ENTIRE PAGE
The templates print style allows for the page content to be printed but prevents the printing of headers, footers and menus. This decision is based upon economical and environmental factors, along with the cognizance of the difference between the print medium and the Web medium. If you need to print out this page in its entirety, several solutions are available to you:1 - Printing the Screen
1 -a After exiting this window, press the 'Alt' and Print 'Scrn/SysRq' keys on your keyboard at the same time. This places the image on you clipboard.
1 - b Open Windows Paint program

Click on 'Start'

Click on 'All Programs'

In the menu, select 'Accessories'.
1 - c Create a new file (File > New) 
1 - d Within the newly created file blank screen, press the Ctrl + V keys concomitantly on your keyboard or select Edit > Paste from the Paint menu. 
1 - e The screen shot appears as it is pasted from the clipboard 
1 - f Select Image > stretch/Skew... 
1 - g Set the skew size to 35% 
1 - h Select File > Print to print your screen shot.
2 - Using Independent Software to Print the Webpage
It is possible to print a screen or even an entire page using independent software packages such as Adobe Acrobat 8 or Snagit, among many others. Please refer to your software manual or contact your Information Technology Services for more ample information.
If a graphic software other than Paint is used to print the screen shot, please make certain to set the image width to 560px, which will guaranty its printability. Of courses, when setting the image width, be mindful that the image height has to correspondingly be reduced by the software.

Note that is is important for cost and environmental concerns to abstain from printing Web pages unless it is absolutely necessary. The cost of energy, ink and paper and the environmental impact should drive our processes in this matter.
IF CONTENT GRAPHICS ARE NOT PRINTING
If your content graphics are printing, try one of the following remedies:
- If no graphic is printing: Make sure your web browser setting allows for the printing of graphics.
- If some graphics only partially print : Open your browser print settings and modify the margins. This will most often correct the print anomaly and varies with the browser and printer type.
