Sustainability
This program area encompasses the functional areas of pollution prevention, green purchasing, waste minimization, recycling and the Center’s Environmental Management systems for sustainable practices. Sustainability aspects associated with facilities design, operation and maintenance, energy management and transportation are addressed through cross-organizational team participation in the Center’s EMS.
